Vanessa Belleau is an inclusion and belonging consultant, as well as executive coach. She works with individuals and organisations to create cultures of belonging where the business, and the people within it, thrive. Choosing joy has been Vanessa’s guiding light through life so far. From living and feeling limited in France to coming to the UK and discovering the feeling of freedom and authenticity, she has embraced a journey of compassionate and successful entrepreneurship with her business. She believes in choosing simplicity over complexity, honesty over politics, creative thinking over mediocrity. All with the aim of creating more belonging and inclusive cultures.
